My Offerings
Massage Therapy
On my table, I like to blend intuition and connection. I strongly believe the body naturally wants ease, and with the right touch and space, it can achieve the balance we are looking for.
My work is trauma-informed, and I find my work particularly helpful to women, non-binary, and queer people looking to connect back to their bodies.
I highly prioritize listening to the body and letting that decide my touch. You can expect blends of nervous system tracking, myofascial release, and some Swedish and neuromuscular in our sessions together.
Energy Healing
In my energy work sessions, it is primarily light to no touch. I incorporate some nervous system tracking and move through various parts of the body. It is based on what you have told me is coming up in your body and life and what your body is communicating to me on the table. I use reiki symbols and various other energy healing techniques as well.
Energy work can be a beautiful way to reconnect to your body and spirit through simple touch and space. I recommend
coming with an open mind, an intention, and to give yourself time afterwards to process.
Tul’ix Abdominal Massage
Previously called Arvigo massage, this work is taught by the wonderful Tul’ix Indigenous arts. This bodywork is the collective wisdom of generations of healers who learned the architecture and magic of the body on the Maya lands. The goal is to reconnect you to your womb, and thus to the great mother holding us all. This work helps align the organs of the pelvis to create more harmony throughout the body and flow of the pelvic floor. It works alongside the power of herbs, steaming, and more.
Partially certified, finishing complete training by November 2026
